Only the Room view was good...But food options were limited..Through out the night there was no electricity,even after complaining for 2days they kept telling there is a problem in nearby transformer...The hotel boys are also not so professional..

The staff are extremely hospitable. They took care of us very well but the ambiance of the hotel is not as make my 訂房網站 charges. As per the charges we paid it’s mediocre. For their staff i would rate 5/5. For hotel ambiance 2/5.

We recently stayed in this property for 2 nights. Very very nice property. Rooms are quite spacious. Extra bed was easily adjusted in room, as we were 3 adults & 1 child. Whole staff is very much responsive & helpful. Lavish breakfast & dinner. Beautiful outdoor lush green garden on the bank of lidder river. My sincere recommendation for this property. We are from surat gujarat.

Everything is wrong about the hotel. Location of tv inside room, broken mirror, stinking toilet, broken window (hanging from hinge, only 1 towel. Rooms were not cleaned, towels not replaced, common area is small with dining and has a stinking washroom with bad odour playing spoil sport with your fooding. No tea bags or milk sugar were provided. There was an electric kettle which is irrelevant if no tea bag is available. Service was poor as hotel is understaffed. The manager is more interested in watching mobile than attending customers. Food was just ok. Edible. Lunch is not provided. Avoid the hotel if you get better option because location is also not good.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. The entire staff was caring. The location of hotel is great as there is river flowing next to hotel with wonderful mountain view. The food quality was also very good

This hotel has got a best pristine view . It's on the bank of Lidder River . The evenings are heavenly soulful and moreover there food in the property is a thing to be rated well .

Very unhygienic hotel, no room service, bad location. No electricity, no hot water, no telephone in the room, no room service, main door lock not working. Overall pathetic service. We booked for 2 days but we left in 1 day. Please refund our money. Total waste of time.
